- We'll text or email you the afternoon before your delivery to confirm a delivery window and call you 1 hour before we arrive on the day. Your mattress is delivered by a Best in Beds driver - not a third-party courier - straight from our warehouse to your front door.
Orders placed after 2pm, on weekends, or on NSW public holidays will be dispatched the following business day and delivered the business day after that.
