Best Black Friday Mattress Sale Sydney 2026: How to Find the Right Deal

Multi-store mattress retailer with showrooms in Campbelltown, Prospect and Warrawong, NSW
If you're searching for the best Black Friday mattress sale in Sydney in 2026, the biggest discount isn't necessarily the best mattress deal.
A better approach is to work out the mattress size, comfort level and type that suits you first, then compare the Black Friday prices available across suitable models.
The Best in Beds Black Friday Sale runs from Sunday 1 November until Sunday 29 November 2026, with savings of up to 60% on selected products. You can shop online or compare mattresses in person at our Campbelltown, Prospect and Warrawong showrooms.
The current Black Friday range includes selected mattresses from brands including Sealy Posturepedic, Sealy, Yinahla, Morrison Mattress Factory, King Koil, Sleep Firm, Eco Kids and Boori.
What Makes a Good Black Friday Mattress Deal?
Price matters, but a mattress is something you'll use every night for years.
Before buying, compare:
- the mattress size you actually need;
- your preferred firmness;
- whether you sleep mainly on your side, back or stomach;
- whether you sleep alone or with a partner;
- whether you prefer spring, hybrid, foam or another construction;
- whether you can try the mattress before buying; and
- delivery availability to your area.
A mattress that's heavily discounted but wrong for your body or sleeping style isn't a bargain.
If you're unsure where to start, our How to Choose the Right Mattress in Australia guide explains mattress firmness, sizes and construction in more detail.
Black Friday Queen Mattress Deals in Sydney
Queen remains one of the most practical sizes for Australian couples and adults who want more sleeping room without moving all the way to King.
A standard Australian Queen mattress is approximately 153 cm wide by 203 cm long.
When comparing Queen mattresses during Black Friday, don't look only at the starting price shown on a mattress range. Make sure you're comparing the actual Queen-size price for the firmness or configuration you want.
The Black Friday collection can be filtered by mattress size, firmness, brand, price and availability so you can compare relevant products rather than scrolling through the entire sale.
You can also browse our Queen mattress range for more options outside the Black Friday collection.
Black Friday King Mattress Deals
If you have the room, Black Friday can also be a good time to move from Queen to King.
A standard Australian King mattress is approximately 183 cm wide by 203 cm long, giving two adults noticeably more personal sleeping space.
Before upgrading, measure not just the mattress area but also walking space, bedside-table clearance and access through doors and stairs.
If you're deciding between the two sizes, read our Queen vs King Mattress guide before choosing purely on price.
What Mattress Firmness Should I Choose During Black Friday?
Black Friday doesn't change the firmness that's right for you.
If you normally prefer a Medium mattress, don't switch to Firm just because the Firm model has the bigger discount.
At Best in Beds you can narrow participating mattresses using firmness options including Plush, Soft, Medium, Firm and Super Firm where those choices are available.
Your body weight, sleeping position, personal comfort preference and existing mattress all influence how a mattress feels.
For shoppers who aren't sure, trying several mattresses in the same visit can make the differences much easier to understand.
Which Mattress Brands Are Included in Black Friday?
The participating Black Friday range can change during November as stock and offers change.
Current Black Friday products include selected mattresses across brands such as Sealy Posturepedic, Sealy, Yinahla, Morrison Mattress Factory, King Koil, Sleep Firm, Eco Kids and Boori.
Rather than selecting a brand first and trying to make the mattress work, we usually recommend starting with how you sleep, then comparing suitable models from several brands.
That can reveal very different options at similar price points.
Should I Buy a Black Friday Mattress Online or Visit a Store?
Both can work.
If you already know the mattress you want, online shopping is convenient and lets you compare sizes, prices and available models quickly.
If you're changing firmness, upgrading from Queen to King or simply haven't bought a mattress for many years, visiting a showroom can be valuable.
Best in Beds has showrooms at Campbelltown and Prospect in Sydney, and Warrawong for Wollongong and the Illawarra.
You can lie on different mattresses, compare firmness levels and ask our team to explain the differences before making a decision.
Black Friday Mattress Sale Wollongong and the Illawarra
Black Friday mattress shoppers in Wollongong don't need to rely entirely on online-only mattress brands.
Our Warrawong showroom services Wollongong and the wider Illawarra, allowing you to compare participating mattresses in person before ordering.
Sydney customers can visit Campbelltown or Prospect. Display stock varies, so contact the store if there is a particular mattress you'd like to try.
Should I Wait Until Black Friday Itself?
Best in Beds' 2026 Black Friday Sale begins on Sunday 1 November, so you don't need to wait until Friday 27 November to shop the campaign.
One advantage of shopping earlier is selection. Popular sizes, firmness options and particular models can become harder to find as major sale periods progress.
If you've already found the right mattress at a price you're comfortable with, waiting purely because the official Black Friday date is later in the month may not improve the mattress itself.
Start With the Mattress, Then Judge the Deal
The best Black Friday mattress deal isn't necessarily the one with the largest percentage printed beside it.
It's the mattress that suits your body, bedroom and budget - at a price that makes sense.
Shop the Best in Beds Black Friday Sale to compare participating mattresses, or visit Campbelltown, Prospect or Warrawong to try mattresses in person before you buy.
Sale ends Sunday 29 November 2026.
