National Deliveries:

We are currently seeing some unusual delays across our supplier and delivery networks.

We are still getting 95%+ of orders to our customers in normal time-frames, however, some orders are taking a little longer due mainly to transport delays to our couriers caused by COVID. This is mostly affecting regional areas, but we've have had occasional delays involving some Metro deliveries. It changes day by day at the moment unfortunately.

Local Deliveries:

Sydney Metro and South Coast deliveries are still operating as normal. However, we are expecting intermittent delays due to the current COVID outbreak.

We are experiencing some additional delays from suppliers over the January period.
