100 Night Mattress Trial Period - Yinahla Mattresses, Sleep Firm Mattresses & Eco Kids Mattresses

Our mattress experts will always do their best to educate our customers on what mattress is most suitable to them based on their needs, however we understand that if you are unable to get to a showroom, purchasing online can occasionally result in the wrong mattress being selected.

To ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their online purchase, Best in Beds is pleased to offer a 100 Night Trial Period across our Yinahla, Sleep Firm & Eco Kids mattress ranges.

Optimize your sleep experience with our risk-free trialIf you are not happy with the mattress for any reason within the mattresses qualifying trial period, you can swap it over for another mattress in our range or return it and get a full refund. However, we do suggest to our customers, to sleep on the new mattress for a minimum of 14 nights before deciding on an exchange. This ensures the body has had some time to adjust to the new mattress.

All returned mattresses are donated to a charity partner to help those in need. Return shipping is free in all Metro location (Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Adelaide, Hobart & Perth). If you are outside these metro locations, we will try to locate a charity in your area who can pick up your mattress. If we are unable to locate a charity that services your area, then you will need to arrange at your cost, to get the mattress to them or to a nominated depot in your closest metro location.

As all 100 Night Trial returned mattresses go to charity, to live another life, they must be in an as-new condition with no damage, stains, marks or rips. All the customers should retain the original packaging of the mattress at least for 100 nights to use it during the return process. We highly recommend using a mattress protector with your mattress.

If you choose to swap over the mattress, then you will need to cover any price disparity; we refund differences if cheaper.

Please note the trial is limited to one mattress swap or return per household, delivery address or order. If you need to purchase multiple mattresses, we recommend buying one first to make sure you are happy then placing another order, or visiting us in-store to select from the range.

Process for making a claim:

If you would like to swap or return your mattress and are within 100 nights of purchase please follow this process:

Email dream@bestinbeds.com.au with your

  1. Invoice number,
  2. Customer Name,
  3. Phone number and
  4. Refund or Exchange
  5. If exchange - which mattress from our range you would like to swap to.

If you require a mattress bag please advise in this email and we will contact you for payment and shipping details.

We will contact you within 2 business days to process the swap over and book a delivery date. Please note that depending on the replacement mattress availability and your location, expected delivery dates are usually 1-2 weeks.

Once confirmed we will require you to bag the mattress up ready for transport. When packaging the mattress in the plastic bag please seal the open end with sticky tape so it is fully closed.

On the scheduled date of delivery please have the mattress you want to return ready for pick up, fully packed & sealed in the plastic bag, at the front door of your premises. Our delivery team will pick up the mattress and will inspect it for stains and/or damage through the clear plastic bag before loading it into the truck. If the mattress is in an acceptable condition they will then accept it and drop off the new mattress at your front door. The delivery team is unable to help package or remove the mattress from inside your home in most circumstances.

General Terms and Conditions:

  • The 100 Night Trial Period is offered exclusively for Yinahla, Sleep Firm or Eco Kids mattresses purchased online via our website bestinbeds.com.au
  • Customers and their households are entitled to one mattress return or exchange within 100 nights from the day the mattress was delivered/collected.
  • Customers are required to sleep on the new mattress for a minimum of 14 nights. This is to allow the body sufficient time to adjust to the new sleeping surface.
  • If exchanging the mattress to one of greater value than the original purchase, you will be required to pay the difference in price.
  • If exchanging the mattress to one of lesser value than the original mattress, you will be entitled to a refund of the difference in price.
  • Any mattress that is damaged or soiled in any way or which has not been cared for as per the manufacturer’s care and maintenance instructions above will be exempt from this guarantee. A good quality waterproof mattress protector will help prevent the mattress from becoming unsanitary.

Returned Mattresses

Any mattress returned to Best in Beds as part of the 100 Night Trial Period are donated to charity.
