Our mattress experts will always do their best to educate our customers on which mattress is most suitable to them based on their needs, however we understand that if you are unable to get to a showroom, purchasing online can occasionally result in the wrong mattress being selected.

To ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase, Best in Beds is pleased to offer a 150 Night Sleep Trial Period across our Yinahla, Sleep Firm & Eco Kids mattress ranges.

If you are not happy with the mattress for any reason within the mattresses qualifying trial period, you can swap it over for another mattress in our range or return it and get a full refund. However, we do suggest to our customers, to sleep on the new mattress for a minimum of 14 nights before deciding on an exchange. This ensures the body has had some time to adjust to the new mattress.

All returned mattresses are donated to our charity partner the Salvos to help those in need. Return shipping is free in all Metro location (Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Adelaide, Hobart & Perth). If you are outside these metro locations, we will try to locate a charity in your area who can pick up your mattress. If we are unable to locate a charity that services your area, then you will need to arrange at your cost, to get the mattress to them or to a nominated depot in your closest metro location.

As all 150 night Trial returned mattresses go to charity, to live another life, they must be in an as-new condition with no damage, stains, marks or rips. All the customers should retain the original packaging of the mattress at least for 150 nights to use it during the return process. We highly recommend using a mattress protector with your mattress.

If you choose to swap over the mattress, then you will need to pay the difference in price if it is more expensive alternatively we will refund you the difference in price if it is cheaper.

Please note the trial is limited to one mattress swap or return per household, delivery address or order. If you need to purchase multiple mattresses, we recommend buying one first to make sure you are happy then placing another order.

We deliver all of our local orders in Sydney, NSW South Coast, Newcastle, Blue Mountains, Canberra and Southern Highlands with our delivery drivers.

This mattress has a 20-year warranty and the base has a 10 year warranty.

The warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
User negligence, misuse or abuse
Manufacturing irregularities that do not affect the performance of the mattress or base

We think a mattress should always be used with a mattress protector. Any stains or marks on the mattress should be removed with careful wiping or dabbing with a damp cloth.

Don’t use solvents or chemicals and don’t over wet.
Allow the area to dry before covering again.

You do not need to flip your mattress. Yinahla have designed this mattress as a single sided pillow top with the best quality pocket spring core and pillow top contents. Rotating the mattress, top to bottom, monthly will keep it in top condition.

There are three key ways to keep your Yinahla mattress in excellent condition for decades.
1) Rotate your mattress monthly;
Rotate your Yinahla mattress head to toe twice in the first month of ownership and monthly after that. As a single-sided mattress, it does not need to be flipped.

2) Always use a waterproof mattress protector;
Our waterproof mattress protectors will ensure your mattress stays free of stains. They are also antimicrobial and hypoallergenic.
