At Best in Beds we work hard to offer our best prices every day. Our 30 Day Best Price Promise means you don't have to wait for a sale to buy with confidence - if we advertise the same in-stock item at a lower price within 30 days of your purchase, we'll refund the difference.

How the 30 Day Best Price Promise works

Within 30 days of your purchase, if Best in Beds advertises the identical, in-stock item you purchased at a lower price, we will refund the difference between the two prices.

  1. Find the lower advertised price - on bestinbeds.com.au, in our store, or in any Best in Beds advertising.

  2. Contact us within the 30-day window - by email dream@bestinbeds.com.au or phone 1300 399 676. Please include your order/invoice number and a screenshot, photo or link showing the lower price.

  3. We'll verify your claim - and respond within 1 business day.

  4. We refund the difference - to your original payment method, usually within 5 business days of approval.


Eligibility

To qualify for a 30 Day Best Price Promise refund:

  • The item must have been purchased from Best in Beds (bestinbeds.com.au or one of our retail stores).

  • The lower price must have been advertised by Best in Beds, on the identical product (same brand, model, size, configuration, colour and warranty).

  • The item must still be in stock and available for purchase at Best in Beds at the lower price at the time you make the claim.

  • The claim must be lodged with us within 30 days of your original purchase date (not the delivery date).

  • You must provide reasonable evidence of the lower price - for example, a website screenshot with the date visible, a photo of an in-store ticket, or a copy of an email or printed advertisement.

  • You must hold proof of purchase (tax invoice or order number) for the original sale.


Exclusions

The 30 Day Best Price Promise does not apply to:

  • Non-identical products - different brand, model, size, configuration, colour or warranty.

  • Package deals and bundles - including bedroom packages and "mattress + base" combinations.

  • Cashback, coupon, discount code or voucher offers (whether from Best in Beds Pty Ltd, a supplier, manufacturer, or third-party payment provider).

  • Freebies, gift-with-purchase and "Buy X get Y free" promotions.

  • Member-only, trade, contract or commercial pricing (i.e. prices not available to the general public).

  • Clearance, run-out, ex-display or floor-stock items.

  • Custom-made, made-to-order or special-order products.

  • Bulk purchases (commercial quantities).

  • Products sold through external platforms or marketplaces such as Catch, eBay, Amazon, Kogan, TikTok Shop, etc.

  • Freight, delivery, assembly or removal charges.

  • Pricing or display errors. Where the lower advertised price is the result of a typographical, photographic or system error and is not the price we intended to charge, we may decline the claim and correct the advertised price.


How and when to claim

  • Claim window: the 30 days starts on the date of your original purchase and ends at midnight on the 30th day. Claims received after this period will not be accepted.

  • How to claim: email dream@bestinbeds.com.au or phone 1300 399 676 during business hours, or visit any Best in Beds store.

  • What to include:

    1. Your order or tax-invoice number;

    2. The item description and the price you paid;

    3. Evidence of the lower advertised price (screenshot, photo or link), with the date visible.

  • Our response: we'll respond within 1 business day of receiving a complete claim, and either approve and refund the difference to your original payment method, or provide a written explanation if the claim is not eligible.


How refunds are paid

  • Refunds are paid to the original payment method used for the purchase wherever possible. If that isn't possible (e.g. an expired card), we'll arrange an EFT or store credit with you.

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days of approval. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to credit the funds.

  • For finance purchases (Afterpay, Zip, Humm, Latitude etc.), the refund is processed through the finance provider, on the provider's terms.

  • Only one Best Price Promise refund applies per item per order.


General

  • The 30 Day Best Price Promise is offered by Best in Beds Pty Ltd (ABN 59 159 103 401).

  • We may update or withdraw this promise at any time. The version published on our website at the time of your purchase will apply to that purchase.

  • Best in Beds may decline a claim where we reasonably believe the lower price is not genuine, is not on an identical product, or where one of the exclusions above applies. Where we decline a claim, we'll provide a written explanation referencing the relevant clause of these terms.

  • Nothing in these terms limits any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

No — the 30 Day Best Price Promise only applies if Best in Beds advertises the identical item at a lower price within 30 days of your purchase. If you've found the same product cheaper at another Australian retailer, our separate 5% Lowest Price Guarantee applies instead — we'll beat the competitor's price by 5%.
When does the 30 day window start?
The 30 days starts on the date of your original purchase (not the delivery date) and ends at midnight on the 30th day. The clock starts from the day you placed the order, even for custom or made-to-order items with a longer manufacturing lead time.
What evidence do I need to provide to make a claim?
You'll need your Best in Beds order or tax-invoice number, a description of the item you purchased and the price you paid, and evidence of the lower price — a website screenshot with the date visible, a photo of an in-store ticket, or a copy of an email or printed advertisement.
How is the refund paid?

No — only one price guarantee applies per item. The 30 Day Best Price Promise covers a price drop on the Best in Beds website or in store; the 5% Lowest Price Guarantee covers a lower price at a competitor.
